This month they are joined by Irma Upex Huggins, a lyrical poet who will be reading poems for Black History month, and Arrianne Destiney, a poet of energetic rousing verse.

Glenn chats to Cody Pennington, a singer-songwriter who was born in Nashville, Tennessee, but now resides in Suffolk.

Cody's new EP "Stylish" is a collection of acoustic songs that feature "a classy turn of lyrical phrase and some effective instrumental melodies".
